Dutch Gold Resources, Inc. (DGRI.PK) is a junior gold producer with an advanced stage operation in Southern Oregon. Its objective is to optimize the resource in the Oregon property, producing cash flow, and to selectively acquire other advanced stage projects that can be expediently brought into production in North America. Management consists of seasoned geological and financial professionals, whose goal is to create a resource company of size, in politically stable countries.

Market Opportunity

The junior mining sector has seen significant deterioration in pricing over the last six months due to the deleveraging of the capital markets. There is a historic opportunity to acquire significant projects that can be brought online with relatively small capital requirements. The Company is positioning itself to act on these opportunities and participate in the rebound of the precious metals sector. While base metals have seen significant price declines due to decreased world demand, gold has, as an asset class, been looked on the most basic store of value, particularly in times of economic turmoil.

The junior mining sector is broken into two segments, explorers and producers. Explorers tend to be viewed as higher risk, and potentially higher reward investments. DGRI is unique in that it has already achieved production, increased its resource base, and has only developed ten per cent of its available property. There is still upside from the undeveloped ninety per cent of the project, with the benefit of an already quantifiable, known resource.
